JAL Provides Incidental Services on its Global Websites in 12 Languages

~ Travel options webpage for hotels, rental cars, etc. in 12 languages ~

 

 Tokyo October 03, 2016: In addition to flight reservations on current Japan Airlines (JAL)’ global websites (26 regions, 12 languages) (*1), the airline will also provide overseas customers with incidental services including book hotels, rental cars and other travel options in multilingual languages.

 To enhance customer convenience of JAL’s websites in overseas regions following the ever-growing number of international visitors to Japan, JAL has developed a multilingual travel option webpage in 12 languages, including Japanese, English, simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese (Taiwan, Hong Kong), Hangul, Thai, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Russian. Starting October 03, 2016, a new webpage will introduce choices of hotels, rental cars, buses, sightseeing tours, communications and shopping information primarily in Japan in 12 languages. Customers can also get special discounts only available on JAL’s website for select services.

 In order to contribute to build tourism-oriented nation, JAL will be striving to embrace new challenges to deliver Japan’s charm to the world, welcome more overseas visitors to have the most enjoyable travel experience in Japan,
