JAL and MOS BURGER to Serve “VEGETABLE AIR MOS BURGER”on Select Flights to North America and Europe
TOKYO February 25, 2014: Japan Airlines (JAL) and MOS FOOD SERVICES, INC. (MOS BURGER) take pleasure in presenting their newest collaboration, VEGETABLE AIR MOS BURGER to be served on select flights to North America and Europe, starting March 1, 2014.
VEGETABLE AIR MOS BURGER is the fourth collaboration of a series of innovative inflight menus designed by JAL and MOS BURGER, following their success with AIR MOS TERIYAKI BURGER, AIR MOS RICE BURGER and AIR MOS TERIYAKI EGG BURGER. This exclusive hamburger was made possible by the collaboration of MOS BURGER’s respect for Japanese food culture, and JAL’s commitment to providing the finest level of service reflecting Japanese style hospitality.
Passengers will be served warm buns and a hamburger patty wrapped in a special burger wrap, three kinds of vegetables (lettuce, tomato, sliced onion) and original carrot sauce so that they can arrange and make their own hamburger. The vegetables are produced by MOS BURGER’s contracted farmers in Japan and carefully selected by MOS BURGER. It is a refreshing meal to take before arriving at your destination.
MOS BURGER and JAL will continue to take innovative approaches to deliver delicious surprises and memorable travel experiences to passengers during their flights.
