JAL Uses Twitter to Deliver Its Flight Information
TOKYO July 8, 2014: JAL Group (JAL) started delivering the latest international and domestic flight information on Twitter. The airline will send Tweets in line with the updated “flight information” on JAL website.

[Flight Information in Normal Operation]
JAL sends today and the next day’s flight information four times a day at 5:30, 10:00, 16:00 and 19:00(Japan Standard Time).
[Flight Information in Irregular Operation]
The airline is Tweeting in line with the updated “flight information” on JAL website. “JAL Flight Info” is not available for replying comments on Twitter.
JAL will continue striving to embrace new challenges, to enhance dissemination of its flight operations and deliver more convenient travel experience to customers.
