~ Two bus coupons can be redeemed by 2,000 miles for select ground transportation between Tokyo Station and Tokyo (Narita) Airport~

Tokyo, November 25, 2015: Japan Airlines (JAL) decided to launch “JAL Bus Ticket Awards,” a new service that JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members can redeem their miles for bus coupons for using “Tokyo Shuttle” (operated by three bus companies including Keisei Bus Co., Ltd.) and “The Access Narita” (operated by two bus companies including JR Bus Kanto Co., Ltd.) operated between Tokyo Station and Tokyo (Narita) Airport, starting December 1, 2015.  

This is the first service that JMB miles can be redeemed for bus coupons. “JAL Bus Ticket Awards” are available for all JMB members in Japan and overseas.  

JAL will be continually striving to further tailor its services and products to meet the customers’ expectation.

Outline of Service

(1)  Date Effective: From December 1, 2015  

(2)  Details: 2,000 JMB miles for two bus coupons can be used for buses of ”Tokyo Shuttle” and “The Access Narita” operated between Tokyo Station and Tokyo (Narita) Airport.

Note: The bus coupons will be mailed to an address designated by JMB members in around 3 to 4 weeks after the online application has been submitted.
