Introducing an Exclusive Inflight Meal Presented by Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta

Michelin-starred Ramen - Now offered on JAL International Flights

Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (JAL) and 79 Co., Ltd. (operates `Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta` - the first Michelin-starred ramen shop in Japan), will offer customers a delectable soy sauce flavored ramen menu from November 1, 2017. This exclusive inflight meal will be served on JAL`s International First and Business Class flights departing from Japan to Europe, the USA, and Australia (excluding some routes).

The soy sauce based noodle uses chicken & seafood blended broth to add richness to the taste and truffle oil for fragrance. One of the key ingredients in a ramen is the `chashu` (roasted pork fillet) which will be featured alongside some high quality wheat noodles that will leave a surprisingly light and tasty flavor on your palate.

Please take this opportunity to enjoy this dish on your next flight on Japan Airlines.
