"JAL Jubilee Express" to Begin Domestic Flights from June 4
Special Aircraft Themed to the Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary Featuring Mickey Mouse and Disney Friends

URAYASU, CHIBA -- Japan Airlines Co., Ltd., hereinafter JAL (headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and Group CEO: Mitsuko Tottori) and Oriental Land Co., Ltd., (headquarters: Urayasu-shi, Chiba; Representative Director, President and COO: Wataru Takahashi) will launch the "JAL Jubilee Express" (Boeing 737-800) to operate domestic flights in Japan for a limited period beginning June 4, in commemoration of the Tokyo DisneySea® Park 25th anniversary event: Tokyo DisneySea 25th "Sparkling Jubilee."
The "JAL Jubilee Express" is a special aircraft livery created through a tie in between Tokyo DisneySea -- celebrating its 25th anniversary -- and JAL, an official sponsor since the grand opening of Tokyo Disneyland in 1983. The two companies first collaborated on a special aircraft livery in 2001, the year Tokyo DisneySea opened, and this aircraft marks the seventh partnership to date.
The aircraft design features "Jubilee Blue," the theme color of the Tokyo DisneySea 25th "Sparkling Jubilee" anniversary event, as its base. It will also be decorated with Mickey Mouse and other Disney friends dressed in special outfits, along with DisneySea AquaSphere -- the symbol of Tokyo DisneySea -- and Mount Prometheus. This special design extends to inflight items such as headrest covers and paper cups. Passengers can enjoy a wonderful journey through the skies aboard the "JAL Jubilee Express" aircraft, immersed in the festive spirit of this 25th anniversary.
