JAL Announces Publication of JAL REPORT 2026

― Outlining the Process to Realize “JAL Vision 2035” Through Enhanced Corporate Value ―

Tokyo, JAPAN―On October 09, the JAL Group published its JAL REPORT 2026, an integrated annual report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 on its website.

Throughout this report, the JAL Group outlines concrete measures developed to transform its business portfolio in pursuit of "JAL Vision 2035" (*1)--driven by its human, social and relationship capital cultivated over the years--as well as the process of sustainably enhancing corporate value through the creation of social value.

● Message from Top Management to Enhance Corporate Value
While reflecting on personal experiences and insights, the CEO explains, in her own words, the core values that the JAL Group holds dear, its long-term vision, and the story of value creation.
● Systematizing the New Value Creation Process Founded on "OUR DNA"
Based on "OUR DNA"--namely the JAL Philosophy, professionalism that supports safety and generates the best service, and a culture of innovation and challenge--JAL creates "OUR VALUE", a unique value through its operations. To enable understanding at a glance, the JAL Group systematized the value creation process to realize "JAL Vision 2035".
● Seven New Materialities and Visualization of the Connections Between Business Strategies
The seven materialities were identified after reconsidering social sustainability issues from both risk and opportunity perspectives. By concretely presenting KPIs and materiality owners (responsible departments), as well as the relationship between materialities and business strategies, the report visualizes the strategies aimed at addressing each materiality in an easy-to-understand manner.

To foster better dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders, the JAL Group will continue working to improve the quality of information disclosure so that stakeholders can better understand its management policies, strategies, and latest status.
