JAL BUSINESS SAVER FARES FOR FIRST HALF OF FY2005

TOKYO FEBRUARY 18: Japan Airlines’ range of JAL BUSINESS SAVER fares - discounted fares for travellers based in Japan using JAL Executive Class’ ‘’SEASONS’’ (business class) - for the new fiscal year starting April 1, 2005 went on sale today after having been filed with the Japanese aviation authorities yesterday (February 17).

The range includes fares for the first half of FY2005 (April 1 2005 through September 30) for individual travellers to Hawaii, The Americas and Europe and a married couple fare, available from April 1 2005 to March 31 2006, for travel to destinations in South East Asia.

JAL BUSINESS SAVER fares, first introduced in October 2001, have a maximum discount of up to 34.4%.

The fares are available to a total of 137 cities overseas (*1). New destinations qualifying for the fares this year are: Barcelona, Madrid, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Warsaw, Vienna and Prague (*2).

　(*1) Includes 8 destinations in Italy to be sold later on.

　(*2) Applicable to BUSINESS SAVER fares for the second half of FY04, purchased after February 18

JAL Mileage Bank members using JAL BUSINESS SAVER fares earn miles at the rate of 125% of miles flown per sector, the same as the regular business fare.

Stopovers	Available on outbound and inbound flights (one each) at JAL on-line city, excluding Japan domestic, and outbound to Australia and Spain)
Flight change	Permitted on return leg only, up to one day prior to departure of flight change
AIRLINES	Out and in Japan and Japan domestic: JAL, JALways, JTA, JAL Express. For details of airlines in the Americas and Europe to which these fares are applicable, travellers are advised to check with JAL reservations.
