Japan Airlines Serves Selected Shochu on International Routes

TOKYO August 27, 2013: Japan Airlines (JAL) announced to provide customers a refreshing line-up of shochu(Japanese distilled beverage) in its First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy on international routes from September 1, 2013.

“Hyakunen no Kodoku” provided in the First Class is distilled from barley, which has light amber and fragrance of barley. “Tomi no Hozan” in Business Class is made from sweet potato, which has slight sweet with a flavor of citrus fruit and “Naka Naka” also served in Business Class is highlight for its sweetness of barley and roasted flavor. “Tomi no Hozan” is also available in Premium Economy.

[First Class]:  Japan = Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Jakarta routes

[Business Class]: All international flights except Japan = Korea route

[Premium Economy]: Select flights on Japan = Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Sydney, Jakarta, Bangkok routes
