JAL to Enrich the Online Booking Services for Travelers to Japan
~ New Portal to Book Japan’s Nationwide Highway Bus - WILLER EXPRESS ~
Tokyo October 28, 2015: Japan Airlines (JAL) announced the partnership with one of the major highway bus companies in Japan - WILLER TRAVEL Inc. (WILLER TRAVEL), to enable travelers to book the bus tickets of a wide highway network across Japan on JAL’s global website (www.jal.com).
On top of the ticket purchase, JAL’s global website is providing online booking services for hotels, car rental, local tour and Wi-Fi services to assist travelers to plan for their trip easier and have more enjoyable travel experiences in Japan.
JAL’s new partnership with WILLER TRAVEL enhances the convenience for leisure or business travelers to purchase long-distance or highway bus tickets within WILLER TRAVEL’s nationwide highway network, which covers over 70 routes throughout Japan operated by WILLER TRAVEL’s self-operating highway bus - WILLER EXPRESS and other 55 tie-up bus companies.
To celebrate the launch of this new service, up to December 15, 2015, a web discount coupon (3,000yen) will be offered to all JAL website users who book the tickets of highway bus operated by WILLER EXPRESS.
