Japan Airlines Revises Domestic Network Plan between June 15-June 30
With the state of emergency being lifted in Japan, a slight recovery in the demand for travel is being seen on the carrier`s domestic network. In addition, the government of Japan has announced plans to lift domestic travel restrictions on June 19, allowing residents to visit various prefectures within the country. As such, Japan Airlines today announced the carrier`s updated domestic network plan through June 30, 2020.
Based on the demand for cargo services, JAL will continue to operate cargo-only flights by utilizing passenger aircraft on select routes within Japan. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but would like to ask for our customer`s understanding during this unprecedented time.
