JAL Group Decides FY2023 Summer Schedule Plans on Domestic Network

The JAL Group has decided on flight plan for domestic routes for the fiscal 2023 summer timetable (March 26, 2023 – October 28, 2023).

【KEY HIGHLIGHTS】
◆ The Boeing 777 200ER, which began operation in August 2002, will be retired from the service during
the first half of fiscal 2023.(*1)
This means that a ll of our Boeing 777-200/ -200ER aircraft, including the Boeing 777-200 that was
in service from April 1996 to March 2021,will be retired after 27 years of service. We will continue to
contribute to the reduction of environmental burdens through the operation of the Airbus A350 900,
our flagship fuel efficient and low noise domestic aircraft, and make steady progress toward
achieving JAL group's goal of " net zero CO2 emissions by 2050"

◆ For routes to/from Tokyo (Haneda),JAL will increase flight frequency between Tokyo Haneda=Okinawa
Naha and between Tokyo Haneda=Ishigaki during peak periods.

◆ For routes to/from Osaka (Itami), J AIR will increase flight frequency between Osaka Itami=Aomori,
Fukuoka and between Osaka Itami=Sapporo New chitose during peak periods.

◆ Hokkaido Air System (HAC) has decided to introduce its fourth ATR42-600 aircraft. HAC will utilize
this aircraft to expand routes to and from Hokkaido and improve convenience. The new aircraft is
scheduled to be in service from October 2023.

◆ Japan Transocean Air (JTA) Osaka (Kansai) Miyako route will become a year round service instead
of a seasonal service. In addition, some flights on the Haneda Komatsu and Okayama routes will be
jointly underwritten by JTA and JAL (flight numbers will be JAL flight numbers).

◆ Ryukyu Ari Commuter RAC will increase flight frequency between Isigaki=Yonaguni and between
Okinawa Naha=Yoron.

◆ J-AIR has begun to provide inflight internet service on Embraer 190 (E190) since 26 December
2022. We continue refurbishment of E190 and endeavor to improve our services in order to enhance
customer convenience.

◆ We will also continue to extend operating hours on some flights, an initiative started in the winter
season of FY2022 to reduce fuel consumption.

The JAL Group will continue to provide safe and secure travel experience by enhancing customer convenience and working with customers to create a clean and hygienic environment at airports and onboard aircraft.

(*1) We will decide and will announce the detail of the schedule of retirement.
