Japan Airlines Updates International Network Plan through September 30, 2021

Japan Airlines (JAL) announced additional revisions to its international network plans through September 30, 2021.

The carrier will continue to review travel restrictions within each destination and update its international network plan, while asking for our customer`s understanding during this unprecedented time.

The JAL Group is currently working on anti-virus and anti-bacterial coating in the cabin to provide safe and secure travel experience. Japan Airlines are also extending the period of support for international travel, ”JAL Corona Cover”, and expanding the scope of support. Japan Airlines will continue to work together with our customers to create a hygienic and clean environment at airports and on board to provide safe travel experience.

The following information is valid as of Jun 2 and are subject to government approvals

Between July-September

Narita=Seattle route to be increased by one flight per week to 4 flights per week from July.
◆Narita=Los Angeles route, number of flights three per week and the number of flights from Manila to Narita
   by three per week, enabling daily connections between Manila and Los Angeles via Narita.
◆ Japan Airlines will expand our network between Japan and North America, and further strengthen connections between Southeast Asia and North America via Narita. 
◆Narita=Vladivostok will not operate in August.
◆East Asia in August and September is as follows, Narita=Dalian 4 flights per week. Narita=Guangzhou one
   flight per week. Narita=Hong Kong 2 flights per week.

Extra Section Flights to Melbourne, Australia and Seattle, Los Angeles, U.S.A and Manila Philippines

To support essential travel needs for customers planning to return to Melbourne, Australia, Seattle, Los Angeles U.S.A. and Manila, Philippines, JAL will operate one-way flights from Narita to Melbourne, Narita=Seattle, Narita=Los Angeles and Narita=Manila, between June-September.
